Refund policy

You can return the product to us, as long as you do it within 14 days from receiving it.

In order to receive the refund, you must return the product to us unopened, unless it is being returned due to a manufacturing fault.

If you cancel your order before the products have been dispatched, we will cancel the transaction and refund you the sums you paid for the products. If you wish to return the products after you have received them, you must return them to us in order to receive your refund. We will refund you the full price you paid for the product (including delivery costs where applicable), normally by using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Refunds will be processed without undue delay.

Do I need a receipt from my purchase?

Your receipt or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don't have a receipt, we may ask for more information to verify the purchase and better assist with your request.

Please initiate a return or contact us within 14 days of purchase to make an exchange or return.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?

We are sorry youve had this experience, and we want you to contact us immediately to make things right. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or full refund, as needed.

When will I get my refund?

If your return is accepted and you ordered using a credit card, we will credit your account with the eligible amount within 14 business days. The credit should appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
